Shipping, handling fees, and transaction fees are invoiced separately. Once shipping arrangements are confirmed and the client approves the selected method, a secure Paylink will be sent via email for payment. Transaction fees of 2.9% for credit cards, Apple and Google Pay will also be added to this invoice unless you choose another payment method listed in the Terms & Conditions.
No items will be shipped to any Buyer for any particular item until all charges have been paid in full and all funds have cleared.
Within 7 days of receipt of the artwork you are entitled to:
Request a refund as the artwork is damaged. In the unlikely event of an item arriving damaged this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If you wish to return an item, please send an email with your request to scharkness47@gmail.com quoting your order number and we will forward you the return details.
In all cases the artwork must be repacked in its original packaging to be shipped back.

Upon receipt of the returned artwork, you will receive an email notification to confirm receipt. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of returned artwork, Monies will be refunded using the same method by which you paid the original order.
