For over 11 years, she served as the Collections Manager and Library/Archives Director at The Salvador Dalí Museum, where she led major initiatives in digital asset management, conservation planning, copyright and permissions, exhibition logistics, and long‑term collections stewardship. Her work shaped institutional standards, supported major exhibitions, and ensured the ethical care and documentation of one of the world’s most significant Modern art collections.

Shaina holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida and brings a rare combination of technical expertise, project management skill, and deep knowledge of collections management systems.
Known for her precision, integrity, and commitment to best practices, Shaina offers clients a level of rigor and transparency rooted in her museum background. Whether valuing a single artwork, advising on acquisitions, or developing preservation strategies, she approaches every project with the same meticulous standards that guided her work in a major museum.
