With twelve years of leadership experience at a major museum, we specialize in fine art appraisals with a focus on Salvador Dali and other Modern Art artists, cataloging, digital asset management, and conservation coordination.

Shaina Harkness

Shaina Harkness is a seasoned collections and library management professional with over a decade of experience preserving and protecting fine art collections.

Shaina served as the Collections Manager and Library/Archives Director at The Salvador Dalí Museum for over 11 years, where she led major initiatives in digital asset management, conservation planning, copyright and permissions, and exhibition logistics.

Shaina holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of South Florida and brings a unique combination of project management expertise, deep technical knowledge of collections management systems, and a commitment to museum best practices to every project.

Known for her precision, flexibility, and passion for preserving artistic legacies, Shaina partners with institutions, private collectors, and corporate clients to provide comprehensive appraisal services, customized collections care and management solutions.
