Site Visit – up to 2 hours / up to 5 items

Condition reporting, measuring, and photo documentation for up to 5 items.
Site Visit – up to 4 hours / 6+ items
$250
For larger groupings when work can be completed within a single 4‑hour visit.
Additional Time to Prepare Valuation or Appraisal Report
$100 / hour, billed in 30 minute increments
Reports include condition notes, measurements, and photographic documentation as described above.
Valuation only (1 item) – remote

High‑resolution images submitted by client; valuation only (not a full appraisal).
